Okay first let me be clear, Hitler no matter how cool, strong, great leader he might look always remember that he is one of the most evil person to ever walk on this planet. A cold heart dictator who had absolutely no regards for human life.
I myself have studied about Hitler and Second World war for the past 11-12 years. Western Historians definitely try to portray him in a much evil way(as if he had nothing good in him) but there are definitely some facts about Hitler that you may find interesting
1. He was an absolute nationalist. loved his country a lot(Hitler is Austrian born but ethnically German) and tried his best to take Germany to its pinnacle, though his path wasn't the right one

3. He did succeed in removing inflation, poverty and unemployment. During his rule, Germany had a negligible percentage of unemployment. Did a lot of public work. Within just a few years he built roads, bridges, factories, industrial centers that helped Germany regain its economic status.
4. True leader, knew how to control his group. Disciplined.
5.He wanted to be an artist but never did succeed much with his career as an artist. I suppose he had good aesthetic values
6. Last and the most important, HE IS PROBABLY THE GREATEST orator to be born. Try to download and here some of his public speeches. You would get goosebumps.
He killed 6 million jews in an organized manner and destroyed half of Europe to rubble, so as a person there was more evil in him than good qualities.
Additional positive thing that we can learn from Hitler is that we have to accept that any politician that says he, or she wants to implement policies of oppression to achieve something that we perceive as a greater good - needs to be taken literally, and cannot be supported.
Hitler taught us that when you start talking that way, there is a real and tangible risk that people will die and humanity as a whole will suffer. In other words: thinking something like; “ok he doesn't like Jews, homosexuals, individualists and so on - personally I have nothing against ‘them’, but hey… it's not like he's going to kill ‘them’, and if cutting down their freedom a bit is the cost of getting our economy back on its feet, then we’ll have to live with that.” That's the way many Germans thought in the early thirties - as we know they were tragically wrong - both in the killing and the economy…

Anything else like anti-smoking campaigns, or free holidays for workers on the coast, or the autobahn are BS as they weren't his ideas, and not unique to the Nazis.

There are some positive qualities even the worst persons. As for Hitler he was initally not as bad/evil as he became finally. As for his evil acts there is no need to mention it in this answer. They are found in every book of WW2 history.
But as for his positive qualities they are as follow:
* He had a very good choice of words. He should have been a poet instead of a politician.
* He was a man of strong will.
* He was a good administrator.
* He was a lover of art.
* He was super imaginative. (He should be a fiction writer instead of a politician).
* Once he had made a decision whe would stand firm on it inspite of the fact it was proved to be wrong and incorrect.
* He tried to make Third Reich a Supreme Power.
* He dislike smoking and drugs.
* He initially had regard for GB and British people.
* He did prefer to commit suicide over surrender.
There are many other qualities in pages of history.
But he had many bad qualities as well. As the question is about good or positive qualities only to discuss his bad/evil and negative qualities is beyond the scope of this answer.
Apparently he was a brilliant orator. It's hard for a non-German speaker to judge but his speeches had a real ability to touch the German people. Which is no mean achievement considering he wasn't even German himself. It takes a special kind of fervour to whip up patriotism and national pride when you're not even from that country.
He was also a man of extreme conviction, which you can clearly see in his speech giving even if you don't understand the language. In uncertain times people are drawn to those who are extremely sure of themselves and convinced of their own beliefs. Hitler wasn't the sort of guy who had any doubts about his mission or ability.
He was incredibly single minded. He didn't chase women, do drugs or abuse his power. He wasn't interested in using his position to gain wealth and personal adornments. He was really, really committed to making Germany the world's superpower and committing genocide.

As long as you're prepared to overlook his total lack of morals, barking insanity and inherently evil ideology he had all the hallmarks of a great leader.
What can I say of the Fuhrer? I can only say READ HIM: “The world is ruled by will and the gods grant their love only to those who demand the impossible.”

3 things I can think of:
1. Body language matters
There is little doubt that Adolf Hitler was one of the finest orators in political history. He had the ability to rouse up millions of people, merely with speeches.
But vocal delivery was only 50% of the message. The rest was body language.
Hitler worked hard to effectively add animation to his delivery. And the results, well, were excellent.
Every speech was a performance, and Hitler sought to master the craft. He breathed lived into words.
2. Reading people’s mood
Hitler was also extremely good at reading the mood of the mass population. He detected bitterness, shame and anger after World War I was ended.
And he devoted his mind and heart to tapping into those emotions.
Intepreting the situation and taking full advantage of it, that’s something we can learn from him.
3. Constant struggle called Life
The primary lesson that I got from reading Mein Kampf is that the Holocaust did happen. However, it wasn’t confined to Jews.
There are a lot of Nazi Apologists who claim that Hitler was not trying to kill and enslave people. The claim is that he was a political leader no worse than the others of his time.
The NA’s sometimes claim that he never intended to harm anybody. He was just sticking up for German interests. His homicidal intentions are delusions propagated by Jews. Some NA’s even claim that Hitler loved the people of Eastern Europe! He was just trying to staalize it, is all!
A careful reading of Mein Kampf will convince even the mildly obxtive that Hitler really was homicidal. He wanted to commit the German people to a worldwide program of death and destruction.
Further, Hitler wanted to be remembered as a monster. He wanted his name to inspire fear. He did not want to be remembered for ‘Germans helping Germans’.
Hitler was not ‘just some regular’ guy. That is what you can learn.

Hitler was a personality disordered INFJ, which is the rarest archetype. INFJs are built with a deep wish for good for everyone. Hitler somehow acquired narcissism and other serious personality disorders, but unfortunately, he remained an INFJ with all (or most) of its strengths: unparalelled willpower, strategic talent.
Just to give you hints: Muhammad Ali, Martin Luther King, Mike Tyson are/were also INFJs. Hitler was equally powerful but with a sick moral and deep insecurites as a person.
The world’s luck is that his evilness and egomania, his personality disorder(s) won over his skills.
I do not think that there is anything you can learn from that creature. Maybe, if you are able to seperate his emotionally loaded delusional decisions from the rest.
My advice is, learn from positive role models, not from scumbags.
He Didn’t Like Smokers
It was largely forgotten for a long time, but Nazis ran one of the first anti-smoking campaigns in modern history. Of course, a large amount of Germans smoked during the general WW2 period, but Hitler had plans to try and phase it out[1] . He didn’t like people smoking around him.
Like seriously, do you seriously think I’m gonna listen to what Adolf Hitler has to say??

That it was possible to bridge social, economic, and political divides and establish a national spirit that was unified in the belief that all chasm’s in interests were secondary to the good of the country as a whole. Well, this must come as a surprise to some but even though Adolf Hitler wanted to remove all the Jews from Greater German (he didn’t want to kill Jews until later on in his life) and take over the world, the Nazi party ran one of the worlds first anti-smoking campaigns in modern history.
Adolf Hitler was a heavy smoker in his early life—he used to smoke 25 to 40 cigarettes daily—but gave up the habit, concluding that it was "a waste of money".[1]

There’s a thousand other wretched, malevolent, malign humans out there who were nice to their dogs or once voted to properly fund the local school system.
Why not them?
